Tips To Help You Remember To Drink The Water
As well as we know to stay healthy and feel great, we should strive to drink those eight glasses of water a day. Just pay attention to how much you drink and implement some of these ideas if you don’t get the recommended eight glasses of water a day. Here are a few tips to help you remember to drink the water, and to make it a little more pleasant or interesting.
Keep a Log: This can be as simple as a little piece of paper on the fridge, or a page in your day planner. Just make a little checkmark, or dash on the piece of paper every time you drink a glass of water.
Drink More If You Are Working Out: We already touched on this, but it bears repeating. Make sure you drink a few extra glasses of water if you work out, or if you spend some time outside while it’s hot. Your body uses and needs more water when it sweats a lot. So don’t forget to fill back up on water during and after your exercise.
Carry A Water Bottle: It’s much easier to drink water when you have it readily available. Carry a bottle of water around with you in the car, at work, while running errands, in the yard, and even while you are working around the house. You’ll be sipping away the water without even noticing it.
Try Some Club Soda: If you are craving the fizz of a soda, try some Club Soda. Most brands have a little too much fizz for me. I end up watering them down with – guess what – water. If you want to get really fancy, check your local grocery store for flavored club sodas. Alternatively, you can also add a splash of fruit juice to your watered down club soda.
Add Some Lemon Juice: I tend to get bored with drinking just water after a few days. Change things up and add a little flavor by adding a teaspoon or less of lemon to your water. Just make sure you are still drinking mainly water.
Drink Some Water When You Feel Hungry: Unfortunately many of us have gotten so out of tune with our bodies that we feel hungry when we are actually thirsty. If you feel hungry, try drinking a glass of water first.
Anti Aging Product and Women’s Health
The anti aging products on the store shelves then become very attractive, but many will not work after reaching a certain age. That’s why a new cutting edge science in Genomics is getting noticed in the anti-aging market. It’s a new natural discovery that defies aging through cell rejuvenation. Anti-aging research through genomics is still fairly new, but many women are already seeing results when using natural, genomics-based anti-aging products. In studying genomics, scientists have discovered ways to encourage cell repair and healthy cell development as the body produces new cells every day. This process is ongoing so having healthy cells is pertinent to good women’s health.
Through cutting edge science in genomics and a devotion to help women with anti-aging, natural products have been developed to help prevent aging and maintain beauty for many years. Through cell rejuvenation, the body is capable of healthy aging.
If we need natural ingredients found in foods to have healthy cells, why not just eat a more healthy diet? Eating healthy is important in slowing the aging process, but it’s usually not enough unless you eat raw vegetables from your own garden! Many fruits and vegetables are grown in nutritionally-depleted soil, shipped to the grocery, cooked in oil and served on the platter. Taking an anti-aging supplement provides nutrients and minerals needed to replace those lost in foods.
Another area of concern for women is bone and joint health. Proteins help to keep bone and joint tissue healthy and strong. Products are available to help restore minerals that are lost in the bones and joints during the aging process.
Health And Beauty Routine: Detoxification
Detoxifying is effective, safe, and inexpensive enough to be part of your weekly health and beauty routine. Just remember to avoid this during your period, pregnancy, and sickness. Lastly, talk to your doctor if you encounter any problem while detoxifying.
Detoxification is not merely sweating buckets on the gym or starving yourself with a water diet. It is a holistic approach to health and beauty. It encompasses everything from diet, fitness, and your sense of well-being. With a brush, scented candles, aromatic oils, herbal tea, and a free, me-time weekend, you’re all set to rejuvenate and renew yourself.
Start on a Friday by eating light (think salads and fruits) and drink lots of water the whole day. At night, slowly dry-massage yourself with a brush with slow and long strokes. Refresh yourself with tea or water then soak in a bath of warm water and drops of aromatic bath oil. Light some scented candles while gradually adding cool water within a half hour until your bath becomes slightly cold. This is the beginning of your new health and beauty routine. This process is done for the stimulation of the blood vessels. Dry yourself and dress warmly for bed.
Begin the next day by drinking hot lemon water. Go for a walk while breathing deeply. Give yourself a steam bath or go swimming. Again, end your health and beauty detox regimen with a dry-massage brush and bath. Spend your Sunday, doing the whole process but add another activity.
